The annual Steak and Potatoes Field Day includes topics of interest for beef cattle producers, fruit and vegetable producers and land managers. This in-person field day will be held Thursday, August 21, 2025 at the Plateau AgResearch and Education Center beginning at 8:00a.m. (CDT).
